Not going to lie, I ate horribly over the last two weeks, and haven’t been to the gym in a month :( my parents live in the middle of nowhere, the gym is a 20 minute drive each way, and a bit pricey. The snow is too deep to wear my runners in. I’ve kept up with my micro exercises, leg lifts and crunches in bed in the morning, squats while brushing my teeth and showering, and some pushups scattered throughout the day. I really feel like I’ve gone downhill in the past month, and I’m SO anxious to get back home to Montreal and get a few days back at the gym before heading to my uncle’s place in Mexico for his next surgery. I’ll be able to keep up my exercise there, they just installed a jogging path on the boulevard by his house, with an outdoor gym in the middle. I’ll post a picture of it when I get t,here! I always walk a tonne and eat pretty healthy there too, so I hope it’ll help me get back to where I was a month ago. Hope everyone had a great holiday, and a happy new years!
